Hi there,
I’m Revd Tina, I am the minister here at Dale Street Methodist Church.
I am at the start of my third year of ministry here at Dale Street and it continues to be a joy and privilege to serve the congregation and the wider community.
I am married to Richard a Church of England priest and have two grown up children.
In my spare time, I love spending time with my family and friends, usually walking or munching!!
My name is Margaret. I used to be a district councillor for Milverton. I joined the Methodist Church after seeing how much good work they did in the local community. I enjoy gardening, painting and music.
I was a teacher but when I retired from full-time teaching twelve years ago I wondered what I would do with my time as I couldn’t imagine not being busy. I needn’t have worried as I was soon roped in to volunteer with different organisations in the community, some of which I still do. I also became involved in the Methodist Church’s children’s charity Action for Children, at Dale St. In Luke’s Gospel, Martha is the ‘doer’ while her sister Mary is the contemplative one. I liken myself to Martha although one trait that I have is that I am a hoarder and am not good at de-cluttering; perhaps as I am too busy being busy!
Hi, I'm Andrew Emm and I focus on the making the building support the local community including the 30 or more groups that are already based here.
I worked as an accountant, will turn my hand to most DIY tasks and enjoy graphic design.
