Midis – a fellowship society

Ladies meet on Tuesday evenings twice a month at the home of one of the members. The meeting is usually based round a talk or an activity in which all can take part. Husbands are welcome on special occasions. 

Midis were formed 45 years ago and are still going strong.

The Dale Street Scout and Guide group

Our uniformed organisations have a long and illustrious history and remain popular and very active. They are available for young people across the whole age range. They take part in all the activities associated with the Scout and Guide movement and occasionally produce their spectacular gang show, ‘Daley Sketches’. Explorers will be found as young leaders in several of the junior sections.
